Plastic water bottle markings?

I recently acquired this water bottle .

To all intents and purposes it is a Belgian ABL bottle ( and was sold as such) except that where I would expect to see ABL raised letters by the date, there is a UK / Australian/ Canadian style Government property "Broad Arrow."

What do you think?  Mistake in manufacture?  Wrongly identified and it is not actually Belgian issue?  But why would any country known to use Broad Arrow symbol have the warnings written in French and Dutch only on the bottle?  

The arrow is the Belgian air force marking. I am not sure that I have ever seen one on a plastic canteen before, so that is a nice find! I think I have an earlier metal canteen or cup with that marking.

The arrow sometimes appears on air force webbing as well.

What is the date on that canteen? Airforce used Flectarn briefly in the early 1990's?? I have not seen that type of canteen with that sort of date stamped on it.

There is also no date in it, but I think this type is special made for the flecktarn webbing? I have also another one with the name of the soldier, but also no date.

I meant is the aluminium water bottle (canteen) you picture dated?  I have seen no late dates on aluminium water bottles that would coincide with dates BRAF  were using Flectarn pattern.

AFAIK Berlgian Airforce used Flectarn between 1989 and 2000.

I never said there were any markings on it.
