A small thing but I especially like how detailed the care instructions are. Our kit has very basic care instructions. What way does the badging work? Subdued National flag and Kiwi emblem on left arm,rank marking on right?

Problem is those labels wont survive to many washes before they fade, but I guess if you have washed it that many time you know what you are doing.
On the Left arm, NZ flag upper, unit patch lower. Would be swapped out outside of NZ for a Kiwi roundel. R arm is formation badge, although rank is approved to be worn there. Depends on what you are doing. So far I've only worn it around after hours but it is one of the better out of the packet items I've had, very comfortable and the design is a improvement over the MCU version.
