Interesting! Well, I suspect it is "legit". The only other reference photo I have (4 pocket jacket) shows the same colors and snaps. Three pocket configuration was a fairly common work uniform design for several Warsaw Pact countries.

This one seems to be pure commercial with a very unusually tailored front panel. The previous jacket looks to me to be a work uniform.
It's a very nice looking pattern and the greener tones look quite nice.

The reason I think it might be a work jacket is because it's crudely made and the collar, cuffs and waist were added on. The addons are a different camo pattern. Work jackets always seem to have shorter sleeves than regular field jackets.
