Glider Pilot kit question

I know it probably varied from operation to operation and pilot to pilot depending on rank / personal preferences of what was deemed as essential for getting through potential or situations expected or otherwise until they could move back down the line and re-organise for future deployments but does anyone know of what kit and equipment would likely have been carried by Glider Pilot Regiment soldiers in the rucksack/bergen they carried? I imagine the provisions contained within their webbing would've been identical to that of every other soldier (ammunition for individual weapon and or spare for Bren, water bottle, e-tool).
