Re: TIGER !!!!! 1:16th RC
Is this the Tamiya kit?
When the picture was loading, I thought at first you had built the famous command tank version used by the Tiger ace in Normandy with all the radio antennas, until I saw your turret numbers.
Looks beautiful. Nice job on the Zimmerit (hope I spelled it correct)

If he photographed that Tiger from a lower vantage point, placing cam on the grond, it would look almost real.

Nicely done! I have some of the cheaper Heng Long and Matorro tanks which I've promised myself to get around to super-detailing ... one day! I wish they'd come up with some sort 'smoke & flame' firing system instead of the BB or laser firers ...

For gun barrels, I’m sure someone has figured a way to put a .22LR or larger caliber in these.
A Brumbar or Sturmtiger with 12ga shotgun shells.

I'm sure someone has, but what I'd like is not necessarily some thing that would shoot a bullet, but to simply replicate the smoke and flame of a main gun discharge - I'm thinking some sort of black powder charge.

Had train sets where you'd put in a few drops of their liquid smoke in the smoke stack. As it ran, you would see smoke. Maybe you can incorporate that idea to come up with something better and safer than gun powder.
Don't forget to also replicate the recoil of the barrel. Engine exhaust and the whole sound of the tank.
In France, every year they run their captured Tiger II. Good source for a sound file, it it's on youtube, etc.
