Well, now after looking at both maybe not, we were told it was a blackhaek body, who knows???

I agree it looks more like a YUH-61, however not the same type Philip pictured. Look at the blunt nose of his picture compared to this one:



Since the YUH-61 was never adopted it's possible that there were some production prototypes with different noses. Perhaps Philip's is one of those? Even the one I pictured above doesn't look exactly like the History Channel prop.

sorry for necro;'ing, but the body looks very much like a green painted civilian long bodied twin engined Huey.....as for transitional, i have a 7th ID named/badged BDU top with the white label saying Battle Dress Uniform, lightweight, Woodland Camouflage, DLA 100 81 on it...by far the earliest BDU i have/ also have a 1979 dated USMC transistional uniform top (RDF) with straight pockets
