By the new US army rules( 2010). You can't bright new Iraq army patches,insignias and etc. even Iraqi money. Friend of mind,got in truble at Kuwait custom service

govt bureaucracy at it's finest. I get current Iraq army patches from a dealer in Baghdad sent registered mail with no problems.
I've got a pretty good-sized iraq insignia collection.
