Couple to ID please

Hello all,

Here are a couple of pieces in my collection that I am trying to identify/confirm.
I was actually given both of these as Pakistani but I despise mis-labelling items in my collection.
Any confirmation/correction on these would be greatly appreciated.

First one is Pakistani, often referred to as "Bhutto" as it was supposedly used back in Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's time as Prime Minister.

I don't know what the second one is. I've only seen Pakistani Paras in DPM and the cut is completely different. Colors are also not as bright.
