Re: new complete ERDL uniform
Very nice! Where could you obtain it from? Congratulations! I think these ERDL items are scarce today, aren't they?

Re: new complete ERDL uniform
Hi Jimmy,
Very pretty uniform, but i think $150 is way to expensive for it.
I have a few ERDL samples, but i got this last year with boonie and cost me $48.00 + shipping. (i know you can find them even cheaper here in the US, but you need to find them in flea markets and thrift shops)
In case you need US stuff let me know i might be able to help
cheers

Re: new complete ERDL uniform
Its very easy to find the in small sizes and mint , they are very cheap lots still out there, Med the price starts to go up but still very affordable , Large and XL are the ones that are getting very hard to find and very expensive in Mint condition if you can even find them .
What size is the set you got and what size is the hat ???

Re: new complete ERDL uniform
hi steve,
i hear you, small sizes you find them by the bundle.
I have a mint set in small and a couple of good condition ones in Med Reg, also one with the USMC logo on the chest in medium. Since we are in this topic the pants i got in the set in the picture is not the usual US cut, i think is either a very early version, or an "in country" pair of pants. I have to check my stuff to see if there's any Large uniforms. Any ideas regarding the pants?
hat is a ridiculous 6 7/8 (XS) size
cheers

Re: new complete ERDL uniform
Good on the size , its a fair price for brand new , the hats are everywhere in that size , seems someone found crates of them a few years back and everyone is selling them , finding a real normal head size can still be done but they are a bit more expensive , and be careful there are some really nice repo's now !!

Re: new complete ERDL uniform
there were tons of commercial gear made out of Military surplus fabric after the war , in some rare patterns , unless it has an ARVN stamp or a Known tailors tag from Vietnam , its hard to prove it was a special in country made item , one thing going for you is the small size !! thats better then a 38 waist LOL .
