Good find! Those smocks are extremely rare. I only saw them in use in Afghanistan by the snipers on a couplf of occasions. And i only saw one up close when they had one out for display at a dog and pony show.

That's a nice looking smock. Does anybody in the Canadian forces use it in the field?

i sold my lined dropzone Cadpat TW smock to a officer in the canadian forces he wanted a smock although that one needed to be sealed in some sections some sort of rubber seal on the outside of the jacket on the seams wore off from the last owner

this was his other reply to me from last year Yeah, I'm actually an officer in the forces and someone recommended it. and his other reply I'll probably get in s*** for wearing this smock but whatever.

so yes steve people in the canadian forces do wear it plus when i bought cadpat from soldiers i hear a lot of complaints about PR peerless garments they dont like there gear, jackets and stuff

im pretty sure they would like a company like arcteryx which is a canadian company the us marines used them to design a pack

i actually like my usmc marpat corpsman pack out hunting can seperate my gear easy and find it might not be waterproof but might sell my cadpat patrol pack now lol

soldiers also wear CPGEAR as well bought 3 otw arid shirts from a guy in army sold 1 to a veteran i think
gotta be careful with those dropzone smock sizes there sized wrong as well

Had this one awhile. It has a more pinkish hue than issue .    Came with the boonie ..

It is 100% nylon and super lightweigh; the boonie is 50% cotton-50% nylon.
