Picked this gem up today from a seller. Never seen anything quite like it before. Does that bird appear to be a buzzard????

Found one of these late 80's/early 90's FAE coats, seems to be contracted in 1988.
Comparing known photographs and examples it seems this pattern was unpopular and very short lived.
Sadly the seller washed it before sending it which faded the colors a bit and almost ruined both tags, at least he took pics of the tags beforehand...
