All items I have seen in this pattern were stamped '93, my sets differ in stamps, but the date is the same.
Where did you find that Georgian uniform? I'm looking for a set, too.

It appears the "Moldova" Bhutan has had a wider circulation than originally thought. Photo is of a Russian marine sometime during the first Chechen War:

The use of Bhutan by the Russians in Chechnya is a first for me ... this set was up for trade but now I might have to reconsider!!!

I have a set that is supposedly Moldovan. At least that's what I thought when I acquired it many years ago. It's made from a loose weave, coarse, fabric in an overall brown look. However, unlike the above my set is in the standard Soviet 6 pocket style. The stamps are washed out. It had metal insignia on the collar. Does this sound like Moldovan?

I'm guessing he called it Moldovan because it appeared rather often on combatants on both sides of the Transnistria conflict. But then it appeared elsewhere, and I even saw it worn by federal troops in the 2000 Chechen war. So Moldovan is perhaps not the best designation..

Here are the pictures I was talking of, unfortunately I'm not sure who these guys are, but Russian flags are clearly visible.

My own theory is that the pattern was a Soviet design that somehow got disseminated during the break-up period and made briefly, mostly in Ukraine for the southern republics, but ended up being fielded by regular Russian units as well.

Both my uniforms are sterile as far as stamps go but are loosely based on the Soviet Afghanka 6-pocket uniform. I say loosely because there are some cost-saving measures such as the elimination of the take-up tabs around the waist.

On this pic one can see the not-clear inscription "РОССИЯ" ("Russia") on the sleeve in lower left corner of the photo.
In my opinion they all are Russians, and the pics date back to 1990-s.
