French Mle 1948 Shirt Made in Germany

Hello,

Here is the kind of shirt I used to clean my FAMAS by 1984, in Germany, at the 2eRHC.

I saved this one. You will find the laundry tag on the shoulder with my ex Regiment name (2e Régiment d'Hélicoptères de Combat).

Guess L4 is for the size. It is dated 1955 but it has a german marking. Due to the war damages, Germany did produce some french uniforms.

Many thanks for posting this Mle 48 Shirt up Jean-Yves, I have yet to add one of these to my ever expanding French collection, but at least I know what to look out for now.

Indochina, yes I am researching this French conflict now as it happens, so this shirt is more appealing now
