I think that the use of a recursive acronym is rather stupid, in this case, but it is a nice parka.

These are nice, much better than the "Bag, Trash, Camouflage", erm, IRS parkas we had issued in basic training. I've used mine quite a bit; it rained almost the entire week of our readiness exercise back in December.
My only gripe is that the PolarTec fleece doesn't zip into the parka... it'd be a nice feature to incorporate.

But oh... those Polartec fleeces. They're crazy warm. The only synthetic-fleece product I've ever had that I would recommend to another person. Yeah, I wish that they zipped, or buttoned into something else-- but I'm okay just wearing mine under stuff. Only because I do not have to ever present myself for any kind of inspection.
