What you have its a Portuguese m/964 Dólman (Combat jacket), this model was made since 1964 and distributed until about 1985 when it was substituted by another dólman with a different cut.

Its difficult, these colors were used from 1964 until roughly 1985, if it had a red "Oficinas Gerais de Fardamento" label it would be from the Ultramar war.
