Hi Gilles,
That DPM isn't from Botswana. It's from the former South African Homeland of Bophuthatswana. The style of the uniform is one feature, and those "camouflage" buttons are another. Most of the Bophuthatswana uniforms were made by Specifico and Actionfit, but I've seen a handful made by Paladin as well.
It's still a nice uniform.
