I came across (well now I own it) this interesting (soviet) Panama Hat with Uzbek insignia attached to it ... The stamp can hardly be read but it looks like the hat was made in 86 in tashkent ...





???maybe some Uzbek soldier has "modernized" his old soviet Panama???

I think - yes, this soviet panama. Such variety of the cockade was carried only officer. Beside soldier and sergeant cockade has other type. Besides, officers panama do not carry - only kepy.
I consider, You it is correct to do if delete the uzbek cockade and buttons and put(deliver) instead of them soviet star and buttons.
