They are using Multicam uniforms from Clawgear at the moment, they will get an own new pattern according to some sources. But I fear they will basically stick with Everybodycam in the future.

Thought it could be interesting to see all Austrian trial digi camo pieces on one pic:

From the 3 digi patterns only the desert one is used on regular basis in Lebanon. The green one
was already dropped by Jagdkommando before they used their own digi pattern. But this is now also already out of active use and replaced by MC.

IMHO, the desert pattern is the best of the 3...

I agree the desert one is the best. Will be interesting if we will keep it for foreign missions or if they adopt a new version of the latest uniform issued.

I hope Austria retains the desert pattern, it is a real beauty.

The new green type is very cool, hope they retain it as well..

The procurement of the new uniforms was already stopped because of budget-problems.

Find of the year, second variant of the KAZ03 desert camo uniform:

The changes include:additional pocket on the right arm, ellbow pad pockets on the shirt.
Cargo pockets are now old school closed with buttons, dont know why they elliminated the zippers.
Knee pad pockets. And the even throwed the old style snapped buttons for the leg adjustments on the trousers!

Thanks guys. @Alex the uniform is currently in use during foreign missions like in Lebanon and Mali.
The Jagdkommando itself doesnt even wear it anymore- they switched mostly to multicam afaik.

Here are some comparsion pics. Because of the coronoa virus- chaos, haircut is out of spec. Smile
The cut of the desert uniform is a bit different, its cut longer and more loose.

Thanks S. The pic is showing the former commander of the Jagdkommando, he is wearing the first
type digi desert KAZ03.This propper set up and the epic mustache is just bad ass. Laughing I just like the tiger-stripe touch on this camo and I think its  the best austrian one.

The uniform in the photo is really great.  Photo is great too. Mustache is fantastic ! Very Happy

The photo dates back some years but  pattern does look very similar to your desert uniform.

The camo pattern is the same the difference is just the colonels uniform is in the basic KAZ 03 khaki (with the silver zipper pulls)cut and mine shares the features (second arm pocket, no zipper on cargo pockets etc.)of the latest uniform in the new non-digi camo.

That pattern is great. Good that they retained it .

Early uniforms with the metal zipper pulls must be impossibly rare.

Only photo I could find so far of the new uniform in use.

You have done very well for yourself. Very well Smile

It's difficult to tell the difference between 1st and 2nd patterns when looking at them in use. Natural lighting, obstructions, etc. It's taken me quite a few tries to see which is which, but I think I've finally got the hang of it.
