Finnish M05 winter/fur hat

Here's an M/05 fur hat (karvalakki, M/05).
Manufactured by Albert Kempf GmbH & Co., in 2007. Size 58.
These M/05 fur hats are all made in the cold weather camo variant.
This very piece is apparently again factory surplus, that they made more than the FDF order was and ended with a few extra pieces, like what happened with the Seyntex smocks.

Cool hat, thanks for sharing! The cold weather pattern is interesting.

I forgot to mention the fabric is of the exactly same material as the snow suits, Viking/Enstex fabric.

And ripcord, I doubt that, because of FDF's new policy which tells the manufacturers to destroy the extra pieces of clothing they make. Of course, some do still get through.

I got this hat from an officer who had got it from those who had coordinated that order. Instead of having to destroy those extra pieces at the factory, the people who were coordinating that order had bought them personally and spread them to some officers.
Why that officer gave me that hat, was because the hat in question has the blue-white conscript/reserve enlisted cockade, instead of the lion cockade of the officers/NCOs. He thought it was too much of a hassle to swap it so he gave the hat away.
