what kind of steel combat helmets worn by Chi Coms & North Koreans?

I would guess lots of captured WWII Japanese army steel helmets were used? and maybe some WWII Russian Ssh40 types?

I havent seen many photos of the Chi Coms & NK's wearing steel helmets during the Korean War

would the Chinese have used WWII US M1 helmets left over from World War Two? or captured helmets from US supply depots that were over run and captured by the communist forces?

found some post WWII photos of Chinese troops, it depicts how Chinese troops were equipped during Korean War and/or the Civil War between Nationalists and Communists

after the defeat of the Nationalists, they would have also had had some of these German M35 helmets
