Hard to tell, but are those cuffs snap closed? If so then you have the para version shirt, much harder to find than the normal issue one for such a minor difference.
Despite that, you can see airborne soldiers and find airborne badged shirts with the button cuffs. It seems the snap cuffed Type 65 and Fang shirts were introduced at a later date, perhaps they discovered their buttons had a tendency to rip off during jumps.
