Any ideas on what this belt is

Greetings one and all I recently acquired this MTP belt it is in new condition but I have no idea what it is for as there are no labels attached,anyone have any ideas. Feel free to comment.

Definitely English, I would say the removable belt of a kind of daypack backpack.

Mystery Belt

I have the same pattern of belt but in Dutch DPM, slight differences are molle loops on the rear and my one came with 3 pouches. One was like a small butt pack and two ammo pouch sized ones. The belt I own also has a zippered compartment on the rear of the belt.
