Hi everybody, it's a long time I didn'tposted something. So here you are: I've got two completly new pairs of pants actually worned by troupes des montagnes. One 84l and the other 84m size. Both made by Paul Boye of relalatively thin material, I think something like 50/50 polycotton. Both are the same cut. Look at the pictures.

Re: New pants chasseurs alpins
Hi, and thak you. I'm sorry but I was unable unload more pics. I'll try later with other modern french stuff I have.
P.s.: your photo shows guys wearing the tundra camo created by arktis. This issues were worn by moutain troupe from beginigs of 2000 as far as I know. When I served in 2eme Reg we had a unit called URH, something like reconnaissance unit in moutins. They were allowed to wear equipement more or less provided by Arktis . All was in clasic cce camo, then they pourchased the tundra camo equipement. All this was subvetioned by regiment.
All other units, like mine was equiped with old materiel. We were told that if we want we can by some équipements by our own. So Ibought carinthia sleeping bag, kerdier goretex bivi, berghaus crusarder backpack and some other stuff. It just costs me two month salaries. Well at least I was ok in Alps. Don't regret because all the stuff I use till now. That was in 2004-2009. Now they have the standart equipment much better, more or less what I bought then. I don't regret it was a beautifull periode in my life.
Cheers
Martin
P.s. the new french winer camo more like recoloration the cce. Tundra is quite differn.
