Awesome finds again rip! Do they happen to still have the tags/dates on them?
Though as a side note, those emblems are not exclusive to officers, but rather are worn by all full-time/professional personnel, as well as reservist NCOs and officers.
The blue and white cockades are worn by both conscripts and reservists who are sub-NCO rank.

Yes, you are correct about the insignia on this headwear not being exclusive to officers. The label on M04 cap is gone but the M05 boonie still has one.
