I think this is the one that was supposed to be worn inside the combat smock as opposed to outside, we trialled a version of this in Norway about 1993/94 (that last green tag with DCTA on was in red on our trial kit) now the army has gone back to the type with external pockets.

I have a set of these Ive used here in Alaska a few times...The jacket is OK to wear outside the smock but way to snug to wear under for me...They also need a "MAINT" slit for guys in the front on the trousers...
