The bottom patch was probably made in the Philippines, but I don't have any idea what unit would have worn it. There is a lot of embroidery done in the PI, and not all of it is military. Their patches are as prolific as anything done in Thailand, South Korea or Pakistan.

The bottom patch I believe to be USAF because it has velcro on the back and they are notorious for novelty patches. Is there any way to confirm the crossed rifles patch (Not to insult your memory)? The shoulder rank might be Iraqi made, but then again, they use the same machines as Kuwait mostly.

If there is Velcro on the back of your patch, then I agree it is quite likely to be for a USAF unit, or at the very least an aviation unit. On the crossed rifles patch, I could well be wrong on this. Finnish Infantry actually have an MOS badge that they wear on the combat uniform, and it looks completely different. So this is either a marksmanship badge, or from another country. I'm just not sure which. I can do some checking, but it may take a while.
