Sorry to tell you that these aren't from Taiwan - the cut of them screams 'People's Republic of China'. I have seen these on EBay but I don't know if they are being used by some branch of the PLA or (more likely) commercially manufactured.

Those zippered pockets are VERY PLA, I think Filupe is right on that one.

Yup, definitely not Taiwan. Those guys would sooner slit their own throats than wear a PLA type uniform
