The reason I ask is ,I know they made them for the civilian market , and I found a BDU in Woodlad that says Made for the U.S. Army and I am thinking about getting it , the guy has 3 of them and he is trying to get me to buy them all , I will do it if folks here are interested in them as well , they are patched , the one I have seen has special forces tabs and medical patches , it had a name tag but has been removed .

    thanks

I moved this topic to the "multi-service" because it's used by (at least) 2 branches. Hope you don't mind...

Interesting item. Seems like it has been treated with the insect shield recently. The shirt looks pretty old but with tags...

I was under the impression that BUZZ OFF was only for USMC because the BUZZ OFF name is patnented by the United States Marine Corps (According to my uniform tags). Weird.

If I remember correctly, there was first "BUZZ OFF" introduced in Vietnam War era OG-107 Jungle Jackets. Not sure which pattern though.

I don't think they expire. They just wash out after 25 washes or something. Or what do you mean?
