Someone else mentioned Dutch Marines and ive scoured Google and come up with nothing.

The jacket itself seems to be made for the civilian market. All that Velcro stuff and weird rank does not look like NL Marines to me.

I think it is something from one of the surrounding ME countries. The chevrons remind me of Brit influence as a lot of the area had in the early parts of last century. That, and triangle patch above the left also makes me think of the various forms of "airbrone" insignias most have an affinity for. Maybe Saudi?

Epaulettes are a pretty good sign this is Middle Eastern. My guess is Saudi based on the rank chevrons.

Hmmmm....I'm going to say Jordanian due to the shape of the velcro area for the jump wings. Jordanians also use the same inverted Sgt. rank as due the Saudi's. I think Arch gets the prize for this one. Saudi ranks have the point going upwards, Jordan goes downwards (like in this example). Jordan also has a history of using US 3 color desert so that makes perfect sense. My Jordanian 3 color uniform is also ripstop (though not US manufactured), while my Saudi set is smooth cotton.
