    I'm afraid I'd have to agree. It is in the Australian Jungle Green shirt cut but these were in fact made by John Star in Australia in the late 80's or early 90's - I distinctly remember this pattern. If you got this from a veteran, he may have gotten this for a reunion or ANZAC march and may have forgotten the details (veterans aren't usually as anal as us 'stitch nazis') but I assure you this particular shirt is definitely Post War.
