    Hi,

issue 226 of the British "Military Illustrated" featured an article "WW1 Birth of camouflage". Have any of you this article? And could you help me with a copy?
The issue is unfortunately sold out.

    Thank you for your help!
    All the best!
    Henrik

Just saying, ass far as I am aware the first recorded military use of camouflauge was in the War of 1812 by Canadian Militia who put maple leafs in their hats to camouflauge themselves, this was also the first known occasion that the maple leaf had been used as a symbol of Canada.
