ACU. Not surprisingly later Ebay market you would see all "Opposing Force stuff" presence. I believe the reproduction factory can speedily respond the market.

This is previous pattern. Can you identify him which part of uniform, gear was in US GI ways? The pic took in 2008.

The picture is too small to identify the camouflage pattern (at least for my eyes!), but he is carrying something that looks like a M16.

It looks like the US 6 color desert pattern to me.
Edit: the first few pictures look more like Desert MARPAT rather than ACU but I'm sure they use whatever is easiest to get(?)
