Webbing ID?

Hi Guys

Ive tried posting this on a few other forums but cannot get a decent answer.

I obtained this webbing a while back and would like some info regarding it.
It doesnt have any labels and i have not seen it in any photos.

Was this a private purchase?

Haven't seen anything like it either, but we have a few resident Southern African experts here - hopefully they can shed some light on this interesting piece.

Looks like it might be for some internal security i.e. crowd control purpose ... holders for shot shells, pouches for 40mm tear gas rounds, radio pouch et al ...

Did you post this on NRF? It looks very similar to a type of private purchase vest made by "ADDER" in the 1980s/90s. There are a few slight differences between this and a Adder marked vest I have seen pictures of so I would guess it was a private item made by them with the label removed (the example I saw had the lable sewn into the magazine pouch pocket flap).
