    Hello, I have found this jacket USMC, looking at the labels, I do not find DA, DSA, DLA or SPO Contract Numbers, I suspect it is 1990, but I would like for help me decipher the date of manufacture. Do they use a different system than the U.S. ARMY?

    This manufacturer always uses this short type of contract numbers. It has nothing to do with the branch. And yes, it's dated 1990.
