Couple of opinions
Follow me patches as found on some para smocks
Chemical agent activation
Photographic use while on tests
Fabric contents patches like the Americans apply for fireproof suits.

I can conferm these are NBC suits , the patches are placement patches for the agent reactive stickers.
I've zoomed in and under the blackened ink it does read NBC both garments.

Feel a bit silly now...I should have picked that up!! Doh!! Interesting though as they are not Charcol lined, I can only presume the concept was the material ? It's very stiff, jacket is ripstop and trousers are just standard weave non ripstop...

A full uniform, no different than a standard uniform, but for NBC uses? That's a first! I don't get it at all. Can anybody explain this to us?

But we still have the patches on the sleeves. I don't know, maybe they were trying to combine some functionality of NBC with a normal uniform?
Whatever you have, it's an oddball!

It could be more of a chemical impregnation coated fabric because just a basic view from these photos the fabric looks the same as regular s95.
