Lightweight Navy Blue 4 Pocket Tunic with Gold Buttons ID Needed Please.

Navy blue lightweight 4 pocket tunic with gold effect pebbled plastic sewn on buttons. Only label I can find is at the collar which states veb burger bekleidungswerke 56 and another smaller one with washing instructions etc.

Narrow shoulder strap loop and 1 small hole for a button on each shoulder(no shoulder straps or buttons unfortunately).

Any ideas please?
