Re: Odd DCU pants
My first instinct says commercial, but so many variations of DCU have been made it could be Military .

Re: Odd DCU pants
The one shade of tan looks almost orange...about the colour of those girls I went to high school with who did the spray-on tans.
I always thought later runs of DCUs were in ripstop fabric, also. I've only seen 2 sets of non-ripstop DCU in my life, and they were both in pretty shoddy condition.

Re: Odd DCU pants
My guess is foreign...but it could be commercial, are there any other tags or markings inside?

Re: Odd DCU pants
I'm guessing commercial as well. Pretty interesting in any case! I'd hold onto them Philip. One never knows
DCUs came in two weights, as did BDUs. The ripstop was supposed to be for warmer climates, the solid cotton for more moderate. For DCUs I'd guess that the solid cotton type is by far the more common one. That is definitely the case for BDUs.
