    I got these things at Good-Will sometime last year.
    Are they British, or from another Commonwealth country?? And when are they from.

    i don't know what it is but due to the "12" in the nsn it's german. "99" is GB.
    the manufacturer's name does also sound german...

    Yeah, name sounds German, but pants look almost like Brit BD's.
