Couldn't find it. Mind pointing me in the right direction?
The fabric is similar to French HBT cotton, the pattern less so. I was thinking perhaps North Africa?

french lizard, francophone african countries... pretty much any african country that wears lizard uniforms... i have a madagascar set in same fabric very similar colors and print... came off a french soldier...

When I was a wee tot I used to wear one of these uniforms, and hats, playing paintball. That was late 1980s so they have been around for a LONG time! I've had several hats and uniforms come through my hands and the consistency of material, print, and sewing is amazing.
