Private DPM purchases...

None,

That type of DPM windproof was very popular in the '80s in the US...

Similar windproof could be bought from adds in some adventure/hunting magazines.

The other piece looks like it may have been made by a very competent tailor...

There were quite a few popular sellers/makers of various DPM clothing-some exact copies,others modified with all sorts of bells and whistles here in the UK during the 80s of which RADAR and Survival Aids spring to mind(others I cannot remember by now).

IIRC even Barbour made some DPM-style wax jackets.

I have a brand new Radar SAS smock still in the bag!

They did indeed! I've seen two for sale recently. They had some problems because after some use the dirt stuck in the wax and made the DPM pattern very difficult to see.
