sorry for the late reply ... firstofall thanks ... and I am not a 100% certain, they were made for the military but more likely as a gift for whatever "outstanding duty" or something like that ... and one can buy them in military surplus shops all over Ukraine, you hardly find those on flee markets or other "civilian market" places ...
