Re: PECOC?? Helmet.
No markings at all worth noting?
Man, imagine if you had a PECOC helmet cover to go with it!

No markings or labels I can see only the white stickers. May chance removing the liner to see if anything under it.
Have no interest at all in the PECOC stuff BUT am a helmet collector so thought worth taking a punt on this and of course if I stumbled across a suitable helmet cover for not stupid money, would be a fool not to buy it.

Re: PECOC?? Helmet.
Nice find!
Did you find out any more?
It certainly looks like a PECOC although the inner skull piece isn't one Ive seen before. It also looks like (sorry but the photos dark) one that doesn't have the rubber liner "pins" as per the 6,6A etc
Does it look like it's always been that colour or has it been painted? (mine are "yellow and not smooth like this one seems to be)
I haven't had the balls to remove my liners to look for markings although one appears to be glued in (or it's weapons grade Velcro!) so please let us know if you find any secrets under there.

Re: PECOC?? Helmet.
I now have four PECOC lids...all different....but still haven't seen any covers...all I hear are rumours. Does anyone have pics of theirs (apart from those that appeared in the press?)

A quick guide, click on reply, then click on the icon with a old floppy disk (as in the pic below), this give you a option to download a pic from your phone or take a pic...simply click on the picture and this will put the link into your reply...once you have downloaded all you want, click send at the bottom

Re: PECOC?? Helmet.
yes there was...it was also doing the rounds of the UK Fairs....slightly damaged (burned) liner.....I suspect it's still out there.
I thought it was a bit toppy re price but how often can you buy a "limited edition" un-used British Army helmet?
