I have found this Photo in a Book. What pouches wears this soldier (number 78) on the back?
Are that the ones from the Marines webbing?

According to Pedro's posts, it is a Portuguese-made M-1945 three cell grenade pouch:

The pouch in the pic may be of Portuguese manufacture but it is a copy of the French pouch. Pedro can explain better.

The guy with the G3 is a paratrooper (by the capbadge), not a marine, so he most likely wouldn't be wearing marine webbing. The 3-cell pouch has been explained. The 'pack' on the back is probably a portuguese copy of the US M-1956 buttpack with possibly a poncho roll fastened on top and a sleeping bag strapped underneath.
