I was a ble to pick up this neat DCU set for $8 a couple of days ago.Jacket is missing a name tape and a Combat Action Badge.
Even though the jacket is missing the name tape, the hand penned numbers match in both the pants and jacket. This appears to have belonged to a Lt. Col. Donahoe. After doing some research and some help from a USMF member (Thanks BEAST), we were able to find out who this uniform belonged to. Here are a couple of links:

Seems that Lt. Col. Donahoe was a Deputy Division Advisor( MITT)/Bn Team Leader for the 3rd Division of the Iraqi Army while assigned to the 98th Division.
