Norwegian field jacket?

Hello all! I got this Norwegian Field Jacket a few days ago, and I really cant find any info on it. I know of 2 types of field jackets used by Norway in the 70s-80s era, the OD M43 clone and the M75 camo jacket. This is unlike the ones I have seen. It has no epaulets on the shoulders, and the pockets are internal unlike the M43 which has external pockets. Also unlike the M43 it has exposed snaps. It has 1 button on each shoulder near the collar, almost like it should have epaulets.

I would assume its just a later variant but have found no photos of it in use or even sold as surplus. The tag, stamp, and flag all match it so it is for sure Norwegian. 1980 dated I think? Not really sure.

Something similar from another collector here, internal chest pockets, but no exposed buttons/snaps, and very thin synthetic looking material.

Any idea what this could be? I thought it might either be some non-combatant thing, some civil defence style jacket, or something tropical, if they'd ever need
that I'm not sure.
