Hello everyone - I recently joined the forum and posted an intro in that message board, but wanted to say hi and ask for some help.
I recently purchased this uniform, which is a Rex Design labeled as "OMON-25" in a tigr camo pattern (slightly mismatched with the tac vest). There is a metal rank insignia on the epaulette with a chevron with 4 stripes. If this was used by an MVD operative, I'm not as familiar with rank in that organization as the military forces. Can anyone help identify the rank?
