    For sure it is Soviet related, but it gets complicated from there because Russia and many of the former Soviet Republics continued using the same badging. I'm not just talking about the same designs, but the same exact physical items probably produced in the same factories. Since the 1990s many former Soviet Republics have changed things a little or a lot, but it seems most have not.
