The first item is the Arktis made issued Sniper "Shooting smock". There is also an Arktis made Sniper smock with a waterproof dropliner. Easily spotted as it looks the same as the normal 1999 pattern smock except the Smock has a yellowish hue and doesn't have the old FFD pocket on the right sleeve. Both of these items are being replaced in the Sniper sections with a 2020 Shooting smock and a seperate Rainshield liner.
The White items are examples of kit that was issued to Irish observers serving in the Balkans with OSCE in the '90's.
