Let's talk about duck hunter camouflage in the Spanish Army.
Although the use of this camouflage pattern in uniformity accessories within the Spanish army is known, the use of headgear or coat in this rare camouflage pattern was less clear. Today we have testimonies and evidence in the form of photographs showing COE members, paratroopers, Mountain Troops and other units using waterproof jackets (some reversible, combining camouflage and olive green). Its use, even though it was not included in the ordinances or uniformity charts, was allowed, since the outerwear that was delivered as an endowment, especially the outerwear, did not present a desirable degree of resistance to wind/water. Thus, at the end of the mid-80s, there is evidence of its use. Let's see four of the variants that have been verified.
