I don't no much about dating by contract numbers but the Vest, Mans, PT, Olive before it was renamed the Vest, CS 95, Olive would've been the general service issued t-shirt of the time.
The example pictured worn in theatre you've attached I would hazard has had the elastic in the sleeve cuffs stretched out or its given up the ghost from wear and being ironed to within an inch of its life hence the bagginess of the sleeves compared to your one that looks to have had little, if any, use.
